COGGS Meeting Minutes for July 14, 2009.

Meeting held at Green Mill, 7:15 pm.

Meeting called to order by Adam Sundberg.

Board members in attendance: Adam Sundberg, Bill Schwalbe, Mike Miller, Mick Dodds, Sherie Nelson, Jeff Fraboni, Matt Evingson

Secretary’s report: Mmsc to approve June minutes.

Treasurer’s report: N/A

Discussion items:

Lincoln Park Mountain Bike Challenge and Festival updates:

Race course and safety:

Hay bales by bridge, no passing zone by bridge.

Experts start at bottom,

Intermediate starts at 10^th St. bridge. Suggested we start them at Skyline.

Beginners will use Snowmobile trail, and #2.

Jerry Olson needs 3 volunteers for doing timing.

Gitchee Gumee Gallivant:

Need a feel for how many riders.

Date changed to SATURDAY, August 22^nd.

Breakfast at 8:00 (pancakes and eggs)

Ride starts at 9:00

Find your own ride to start/finish

Lester Park Trail Proposal:

Adam has flagged Lester, will meet with Kelly F. from the City of Duluth.

Mission Creek Developments:

Hansi to GPS Mission Creek Area

Coggs Retreat Scheduling
